Very professional , nice office, great staff, it's their product that is faulty.

I had a small break in the casing of one in-ear hearing aid and within minutes it was fixed, both aids were cleaned and I was on my way again. Excellent and absolutely friendly service. I love my hearing aids and the continuing great service I receive from Hearing Unlimited.
